Grand Central

Grand Central @ the Historic Central Hotel is a great place for your next event!

The event space at the hotel is known as ‘Grand Central’ … in part due to our love for the bustling ‘Grand Central Station’ in NYC, but also as a nod to the Central Hotel name and history.

The  Living Room

The Living Room at the Historic Central Hotel is a warm and inviting space with local artwork in many places. This wall mural, painted by Alicyn Hoke, features four lovely ladies drinking whiskey .."well behaved women rarely make history"!

The ‘Living Room’ boasts multiple pods of comfy chairs to settle in with your friends - or all by yourself - and enjoy the space!

Custom artwork on the walls and inviting lighting, it’s a special place to kick back and relax and revel in your time at the CH

The Boiler Room

A historical newspaper titled "The Lexington Leader" from Lexington, Kentucky, dated Tuesday, December 5, 1933, with a headline announcing the end of Prohibition after fourteen years, and a subheadline about bartenders preparing for the return of drinkers.

What is the “Boiler Room” and why do people keep telling me I need to take a tour of it..?

SUCH a great question!!…

Email the CH, text Heather or Jen … and find out if today is your lucky day!
